MPs staged a scuffle in the Verkhovna Rada - video.

Scuffle in the Rada on July 16
'A blockade of the podium is taking place in the Rada due to a violation of the regulations. The fact is that the hall rejected the 'soy amendment', but they tried to manipulate the regulations and push it through anyway,' Zheleznyak said.
It is known that the scuffle occurred between Oleksiy Honcharenko and Danil Getmantsev.
Honcharenko himself stated that he would block the Rada, but this law would not be adopted. He emphasized that they would not be able to deceive agrarians and he would not let down his voters.
'I am submitting a blocking resolution. There is a violation of the regulations in every point. This is disgraceful. I will not let them sign the bill right now. They have holidays planned ahead. Either they interrupt the holidays, or they wait a month. This means that the law will not start acting in the nearest month,' Honcharenko emphasized.
Recall that earlier Novyny.LIVE reported why there are disputes surrounding bill No. 13157 on industrial pollution. Businesses complain that under the guise of concern for the environment, the authorities again try to simply force market participants to pay more. We also reported that the Cabinet approved a list of important minerals and over 80 mining areas to be auctioned and contested. During the session of the Verkhovna Rada, a scuffle broke out over the consideration of a controversial bill regarding industrial pollution. A People's Deputy protested against an amendment that would affect the agricultural sector by introducing duties on the export of soy and rapeseed. The politician stated his readiness to block the adoption of the law, emphasizing that he would not leave his voters to face problems alone.
