The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is creating a database of unscrupulous foreign suppliers.

Ukraine's Ministry of Defense is preparing a list of foreign suppliers who are not reliable in their procurement for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
The purpose of this list is to ensure transparency and accountability in the procurement process.
Director of the Procurement Policy Department of the Ministry of Defense Gleb Kanevsky claims that this list will allow for effective monitoring and analysis of information about foreign suppliers who do not fulfill their obligations to the Armed Forces.
The list is a database that includes information about unreliable counterparties. This information will be available to international partners in the countries where these suppliers operate.
A supplier is considered unscrupulous if there is a court decision that has not been voluntarily executed. Removal from the list is possible if the counterparty fulfills the court's decision.
The maintenance and use of the list is entrusted to the Procurement Policy Department of the Ministry of Defense.
According to an investigation by NGL.medi, in 2024, the Ministry of Defense spent over 54 million UAH on 153 thousand plastic flasks from China. This is three times more expensive than market prices.
