In Kyiv, 'parking heroes' paid a record amount of fines totaling 700 thousand hryvnias in just one day.
According to the Department of Territorial Control of the city of Kyiv, a new record for parking inspection has been set. Over 700 thousand hryvnias were collected in fines for parking rule violations in just one day. Together with parking fees, the total amount reached 1.5 million hryvnias.
'In one day, the city's budget received more than 700 thousand hryvnias from fines for parking rule violations,' said the Department of Territorial Control of the city of Kyiv.
Department representatives urge drivers to follow parking rules.
It is worth noting that drivers were warned about a common mistake when parking.
