We remind you that on the night of Thursday, November 28, Russia carried out another mass strike on Ukraine with Caliber missiles and X-101 missiles from Tu-95 planes. As a result of this attack, energy facilities and infrastructure were damaged. Many Ukrainians were left without electricity supply after these strikes.

It was also shown how Russian strikes damaged the power plants of Ukrainian energy companies. Currently, the situation in the energy sector is complicated but controlled by dispatchers. The power supply system remains intact and functioning.

Additionally, Ukraine continues to reduce electricity import volumes despite rising consumption and the imposition of restrictions for consumers. Energy market analyst at ExPro Consulting Daria Orlova reported that in November 2024, the volume of electricity imports amounted to about 165 thousand MWh, which is 9% less compared to October.
