On September 10, 2024, an airsoft grenade explosion occurred at the stadium in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv.
This was reported by the police of Kyiv.
According to law enforcement, the investigative team, bomb technicians, and medical personnel are working at the scene. It is currently known that the injured person is a 17-year-old teenager who was at the stadium. He has been diagnosed with an acute stress reaction. There are no other injuries.
The police are establishing all the circumstances of the incident and the identity of the person who used the explosive device. The issue of the legal qualification of the event is also being clarified.
"The explosion at the stadium in the Solomianskyi district of the capital occurred due to the functioning of an airsoft grenade - the Kyiv police are investigating all the circumstances of the incident," reports the police.
