Veterans asked, Pechersky Court did not listen. Igor Zotyak remains in custody.

Decision on the detention of the owner of the online casino Pin-Up
The court in Kyiv decided to keep Igor Zotyak, the owner of the online casino Pin-Up, in prison during the pre-trial investigation. This decision was made despite many public figures, entrepreneurs, and military personnel being ready to stand as guarantors for Zotyak, expressing confidence in his contribution to the economy and the defense capability of the country.
The accusations against the owner of the online casino relate to his ties with the aggressor state. According to the investigation, the company's profits may flow to Russia via Cyprus. Zotyak's lawyers emphasize that these accusations are assumptions that contradict the facts, as the company is an independent Ukrainian legal entity operating in accordance with the law. Furthermore, the company has significantly allocated funds to the budget of Ukraine and for charity and humanitarian aid. Zotyak's partner, the Cypriot company Guruflow Team Ltd, also has no links to Russian entities.
The case against Zotyak is being considered under Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which pertains to 'Assisting the aggressor state'. However, the lawyers argue that this article falls under the jurisdiction of the Security Service of Ukraine, while the investigation is being conducted by other law enforcement agencies, which may indicate a violation of procedural norms. The defense plans to appeal this decision and change the preventive measure.
