Veteran Dykhyi said when Ukraine can defeat Russia.

ATO participant Yevhen Dykhyi noted that the next year may be decisive for Ukraine in its fight against Russia if mobilization issues are resolved. According to him, the Russian army is gradually depleting its resources for combat operations, and the stock of armored vehicles and artillery is sufficient only for a year. However, for a successful counteroffensive, the Ukrainian Armed Forces need proper replenishment of forces and reserves. Dykhyi claims that the change in mobilization legislation in May led to a rise in recruitment, but now the situation has changed and has declined. He emphasized that if the mobilization issue is resolved in the coming months, Ukraine will have chances for a victorious counteroffensive in 2025. However, if the situation does not change, the country will be limited to holding positions near the Dnipro.
