New Legislative Initiatives to Eliminate Staff Shortages
A group of people's deputies led by the head of the 'Servant of the People' faction, Davyd Arakhamia, has submitted a draft law that provides for the possibility of employing and reserving men who have violated mobilization legislation. Among the initiators of the law are Oleksandr Zavitnevych, Roman Kostenko, and Oleksandr Fedienko.
According to the draft law, employees of defense-industrial complex enterprises and other strategically important facilities may be granted reservations even in the absence of military accounting documents. Such reservations can last no more than 45 days and can be granted no more than once a year, except for certain violations of legislation.
The draft law also amends the labor relations law in a state of war, allowing enterprises to enter into labor contracts with employees without the relevant military accounting documents. However, employers will have the right to dismiss employees if they fail to bring their documents into compliance with the law during the probationary period.
Deputies emphasize that these measures are aimed at quickly attracting new employees and eliminating staff shortages at critically important enterprises. These steps are aimed at improving efficiency in the defense and economy sectors of Ukraine.
We also remind you of the new reservation rules that came into effect on June 1.
Ukrainian people's deputies have proposed draft laws aimed at eliminating staff shortages by simplifying the employment conditions for workers at important enterprises. These measures are intended to improve efficiency in the defense and economy sectors of the country.Read also
