Ukrainian boxer won before the rematch of Usyk and Fury.


Boxer Andriy Novytskyi defeated Mexican Edgar Ramirez as part of the rematch of Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury. With a score of 102:90 and 98:92, he defended the WBC International title in the heavyweight division. This is his 14th victory in the professional ring, of which 10 ended in a knockout.
This defeat became the second for Ramirez in the professional market. He has 10 victories, including 4 knockouts, and one draw.
Ukrainians Serhiy Bohachuk and Daniil Lapin also participated in the Usyk - Fury fight. Bohachuk defeated Briton Ishmael Davis in the super welterweight category, while Lapin won against Frenchman Dylan Colin in the light heavyweight category.
These bouts took place in Saudi Arabia on December 21. This boxing evening will feature a rematch between Usyk and Fury for the world heavyweight championship titles from WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBO, already dubbed the 'fight of the millennium'.
