United World Wrestling allowed Russian Dina Kudaeva to compete in the European Wrestling Championships.

At the European Championships, Dina Kudaeva will compete in the 65 kg category, and Ukrainian Iryna Kolyadenko will represent this weight category.
Iryna Kolyadenko was under occupation in Irpin during the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. She was only able to leave the city at the end of March.
