Ukrainians were explained what will happen with the land if it has not been privatized yet.

The term for the privatization of land plots has been extended until January 1, 2028, after which non-privatized land may be transferred to the communal ownership of the territorial community.
The Law of Ukraine 'On the Procedure for Allocation in Nature (on the Ground) of Land Plots to Owners of Land Shares' No. 899-IV regulates the transfer of land to owners of land shares.
Owners of land shares can obtain land from collective agricultural enterprises, cooperatives, and joint-stock companies.
The law defines the procedure for exchanging such land plots, as well as the rules for managing and using land that remains in collective ownership after distribution among the owners of shares.
If the owner of a land share or his heir does not formalize ownership of the plot by January 1, 2028, they will be considered to have waived their right to obtain the plot.
In this case, the unclaimed land may be transferred to the communal ownership of the territorial community through a court order.
Unclaimed land shares are transferred to communal ownership if the distribution among owners has not occurred by January 1, 2028.
Subjects of collective ownership will be considered to have waived their right to the land if they have not formalized a protocol for the distribution of land.
Such lands are transferred to communal ownership in the manner specified by law.
If the deadline for formalizing ownership of a land plot is missed, one can go to court to determine an additional deadline.
If there is no land for distribution, the land share may be allocated to the ownership of the territorial community.
For 7 years, land plots formed from unclaimed land shares cannot be transferred to private ownership, except for the owners of shares or their heirs.
Therefore, land share owners must formalize their rights so as not to lose access to the land plots.
