Ukraine will not receive one of the promised Patriot systems: what happened.

The Dutch government will not be able to transfer the Patriot air defense system to Ukraine due to the refusal of one of the country's allies. This was reported with reference to the Dutch Ministry of Defense.
The Netherlands initially announced its intention to transfer the Patriot system to Ukraine at the end of May, noting that the country has the main components, and other countries should supply the remaining parts.
However, the Dutch Ministry of Defense reported that an ally did not complete the delivery, without specifying which country it was.
Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans stated that other countries are currently looking for the necessary components to complete the system. Negotiations on the delivery continue with several partners.
Earlier, Romania had already transferred the Patriot system to Ukraine.
President Zelensky also stated that Ukrainian soldiers need 155-mm caliber artillery, as well as air defense, which is currently insufficient.
