In the territory of Kyiv, Kyiv, Odesa, and Donetsk regions, electricity is forced to be disconnected due to a difficult situation in the power system, DTEK reports.
During emergency power outages, planned schedules do not apply.
Today, August 28, oblenergo will apply restrictive measures on electricity consumption with two rounds of outages throughout the day in all regions.
Earlier, the invaders attacked the Kyiv hydroelectric power station near Vyshhorod and distribution substations of Ukraine with cassette ammunition.
Ukraine is returning to the schedules of stabilization outages, and strict light restrictions for Ukrainians are expected today.
Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, member of the Supervisory Board of Ukrenergo Yuriy Boyko stated that the consequences of the massive attack on the power system today cannot be predicted regarding future power outages, and plans for winter preparation will have to be adjusted.
