The Ukrainian government has approved a program for the development of civil air defense teams using unmanned aerial vehicles. Volunteers with the necessary skills will have the opportunity to use various means to counter enemy drones, including hunter drones, firearms, electronic warfare systems, and AI technologies.
According to The Economist, the Russian army's offensive is considered by the government to be the 'last push'. Russian troops are actively operating in the Sumy region but are facing significant difficulties. The plans for the offensive campaign are aimed at creating a defensive buffer zone, but at the moment, Russian troops find themselves in a difficult situation due to resistance in Sumy.
