The Russian Federation is losing people in the Donetsk region
According to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskiy, the Russian Federation continuously attacks in the Donetsk region and suffers serious losses. In the past week, the enemy lost about 1,700 people, and overall this year it has already lost 427,000. Most losses are the result of heroic actions by Ukrainian soldiers.
According to Syrskiy, he discussed measures with commanders that will increase the effectiveness of fighting the enemy, ensure stable defense lines and strengthen positions, as well as uninterrupted supply of ammunition and drones. Special attention will be paid to medical units and the organization of evacuation of wounded soldiers.
The Commander-in-Chief emphasized that the goal is to maximize the destruction of the enemy and its reserves. The Ukrainian army will continue to fight continuously.
Meanwhile, the Russian occupation army is approaching the route between Pokrovsk and Dnipro, which is of great importance for ensuring defense forces and humanitarian missions in Donbas. Deputy of the Druzhkivka City Council Mykola Dovbnya notes that the situation at the front is becoming increasingly complex. The occupiers are trying to circumvent Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, and Slovyansk. Dovbnya notes that the route has significant throughput capacity, and many residents continue to stay in these cities.
Former joint forces commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine General Serhiy Naiev shared that Russia may conduct a full-scale war with Ukraine for another eight to ten years, considering the mobilization potential of the aggressor.
