The compensation program is breaking records: agrarians are massively receiving funds for domestic equipment.


The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has approved a new allocation of funds to reimburse 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment. According to the results of applications received in May, 50 agricultural producers will receive compensation totaling over 6.8 million UAH.
'In May, another 50 agricultural enterprises submitted applications for compensation for the purchase of 65 units of Ukrainian agricultural machinery with a total value of over 27 million UAH. The state will compensate them over 6.8 million UAH. The compensation program for 25% of the cost (excluding VAT), as a tool of the policy to develop producers 'Made in Ukraine',' said Andriy Telyupa, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
Entrepreneurs have purchased a wide range of Ukrainian agricultural machinery, such as cultivators, seeders, sprayers, harrows, plows, truck scales, rollers, vacuum semi-trailers, fertilizer spreaders, grain elevator lifts, storage bins, equipment for maintaining dairy herds, manipulators, and other equipment.
Agricultural enterprises from different regions of Ukraine in the program
In May, agricultural enterprises from 17 regions joined the program. The enterprises with the highest number of applications were from:
- Dnipropetrovsk region - 7 applications;
- Mykolaiv region - 6 applications;
- Kiev and Cherkasy regions - 5 applications each.
The compensation payments will be made through 9 banks participating in the program. The largest amounts will be transferred through: Ukrgasbank - 2.89 million UAH, PrivatBank - 2.46 million UAH, Ukreximbank - 0.83 million UAH. A total of 34 banks participate in the program.
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has announced the approval of the distribution of funds for agricultural producers. The compensation program encourages the development of domestic production and generates active interest from agricultural enterprises to participate in it.
