The Third Army Corps will create a laboratory of change

The commander of the Third Army Corps, Andriy Biletsky, plans to make it a center for innovative changes. His previous projects, such as 'Azov' and the Third Assault Brigade, inspired this idea. This was reported in the material by NV about the 'Komkori' project.

«Biletsky is a leader of a new type. This leadership is of a public type: rooted in the volunteer movement, with an ideological core and personal responsibility to the fighters» – stated Yuriy Butusov, a military journalist and editor-in-chief of «Censor.NET».

Biletsky's path to the war zone began with detention in a pre-trial detention center during Yanukovych's regime. After his release, he formed the 'Black Corps' unit to protect Kharkiv from Russian saboteurs. This led to the creation of 'Azov', with which he participated in the liberation of Mariupol, Maryinka, and Shirokino.

The Third Assault Brigade and its successes

In 2022, Biletsky joined a risky operation in cooperation with GUR, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and veterans of 'Azov', which involved breaking through to Mariupol. As a result, the Third Assault Brigade was formed, consisting of about 10 thousand fighters and officers. Its high adaptability to modern threats and effectiveness in battles make it a model unit in the Armed Forces.

«We are not just a unit, we are almost a family organization. This creates a unique style, its own ethics, and even a visual identity», – reveals the former brigade commander.

Expert Rob Lee noted the impressive results of the Third Assault Brigade in countering drones, indicating their deep integration into combat squads. The formation of the Third Corps, based on the brigade, is planned as a transition to a new level of organization.

The future direction of the corps and expected results

The completion of the management formation and staffing of the corps is crucial for the success of its activities. Once this process is completed, the Third Corps will be able to operate at full capacity in the Kupiansk-Lyman direction, which, according to experts, will increase the effectiveness of combat operations and bring stability to the front.

If successful, these changes could lead to significant losses among the enemy and positively affect the development of the conflict in the region. Biletsky's management style and his focus on people could transform his corps into a strong and effective unit.

Analyzing the provided information, it can be asserted that Biletsky's leadership differs from the ordinary military hierarchy, and his approach to management is indeed innovative. Experiments in creating new units and applying cutting-edge technologies may have a significant impact on the further development of the Ukrainian army and its combat readiness.
