Nova Poshta significantly raised tariffs following Ukrposhta.

From the beginning of October 2024, Nova Poshta is introducing new tariffs for its services. These changes will affect the cost of delivering documents, parcels, and cargo. On average, tariffs will increase by 10 hryvnias depending on the type of shipment.
According to Khvylia, statements from the company's official press service confirm this information.
From October 1, 2024, the cost of sending documents will be 65 hryvnias (the price includes a branded cardboard envelope).
The cost of parcels up to 30 kg with free packaging in branded bags (0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg, and 4 kg) and packaging for 15 hryvnias for the postomat will be as follows:
- City delivery: up to 2 kg - 60 UAH, up to 10 kg - 90 UAH, up to 30 kg - 140 UAH.
- Delivery in Ukraine: up to 2 kg - 80 UAH, up to 10 kg - 110 UAH, up to 30 kg - 160 UAH.
- Cargo weighing over 30 kg: between city branches: +0.5 UAH/kg, between branches across Ukraine: +1 UAH/kg
Despite the price increase, Nova Poshta continues to provide free services:
- Free return of goods to the seller
- Free redirection of parcels within Ukraine
- Free packaging in branded bags and envelopes for documents
The tariff increase is due to rising energy and fuel prices, as explained by the company. According to Nova Poshta, consumer prices in Ukraine have increased by 7.5%, and the inflation rate has reached 8.2%.
Nova Poshta claims that the tariff increase will allow for the continued implementation of new technologies and improved service quality, ensuring faster and more refined delivery for customers.
It is worth noting that the national postal operator "Ukrposhta" also announced significant changes in the cost of its services, which will come into effect on October 1, 2024.
