Ukrainian singer Sofia Rotaru transferred her apartment on Zoological Street in Moscow to her son Ruslan Yevdokimenko. This information was made public by the Russian Telegram channel Mash.

It should be noted that the former mayor of Moscow, Yuri Luzhkov, gifted this apartment to the singer, but for a long Time she was unable to sell it. Attempts to reduce the price and provide mortgage credit did not yield results, as she could not find buyers.

Therefore, Sofia Rotaru decided to transfer the ownership of the apartment to her son, who will take care of its sale.
