The Ministry of Social Policy reported the return of over 1 thousand citizens to the temporarily occupied territories. In total, there are over 5 million internally displaced persons registered in Ukraine. Over the past year, the number of internally displaced persons has decreased by 250 thousand. Of this number, 29 thousand people returned to their previous places of residence, including even areas with active hostilities. Most of the displaced persons preferred 'conditionally safe territories.'
