The Taliban, which took power in Afghanistan in 2021, has been relatively isolated from the international community for quite some Time. However, recently, the extremist group has succeeded in its diplomatic efforts. They have negotiated with India and received support from Russia. Countries such as China and Russia are also eager to develop economic relations with the Taliban. Meanwhile, Western nations continue to oppose the Taliban regime due to human rights violations. Some countries, such as the United Kingdom and Germany, are implementing a policy of limited engagement with the Taliban. Analysts warn of potential risks and dangers posed by using Afghanistan as a battleground between regional and global powers.
