Euro-2025 (U-21): Ukraine's youth football team started with a defeat.

The Ukrainian youth national team started its participation in Euro-2025 with a match against Denmark. The meeting took place at the 'Tatran Arena' stadium in the Slovak city of Presov. Our boys showed great football, but the Danes won with a score of 3:2.

In the 22nd minute, Ocheretko made a cross from the right flank, and Vanat and Voloshin helped to score the first goal. However, Denmark quickly responded and managed to restore balance in the game - 1:1.

In the second half, both teams continued to attack, but the goals remained almost unchanged until the final whistle. Nevertheless, Denmark proved to be stronger and won with a score of 2:3. The next match for the Ukrainians will be against Finland on Sunday, June 15, at 19:00 in Kosice.

Players who scored goals: Voloshin (22), Bragaru (78) for Ukraine and Bischoff (63), Beving (81), Osula (85) for Denmark.
