According to law enforcement agencies, the car with license plates '0007' was recorded by surveillance cameras four times. The first Time - in the Kyiv region, and the last time in October 2024 at the 'Shehyni' checkpoint on the border with Poland.
The car was registered under the company 'Opko Fruit', which belongs to Khomutynnik. According to journalists, the registration in Ukraine may be related to tax minimization and avoiding questions about the source of income.
It was reported that journalists discovered Vitaliy Khomutynnik's residence in San Juan Cap Ferrat (France) during an investigation in 2022.
It is worth mentioning that people's deputy Gennadiy Vatsak from the 'Dovira' party was also spotted in a new Rolls-Royce Spectre worth over €500 million. This is already his second Rolls-Royce car in two years.
The Rolls-Royce Spectre is the company's first electric vehicle released in 2023. According to journalists, such a car cannot be purchased directly from the showroom, and Ukrainian citizens who wanted to be among the first owners of such cars had to stand in line.
