Men who have not updated military registration data will not be able to obtain a driver's license: details.

Men who are abroad will not be able to obtain a driver's license if they do not comply with the law on strengthening mobilization and have not updated their military registration data. The relevant decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers.
It is established that during the period of martial law and for three months from the date of its termination or cancellation:
- separate divisions of the state enterprise "Dokument" located outside Ukraine accept documents for the provision of administrative services for the exchange of driver's licenses and registration of vehicles;
- driver's licenses and vehicle registration certificates can be obtained online using a form ordered through the electronic driver's cabinet or the state electronic services web portal, but this does not apply to male Ukrainian citizens aged 18 to 60, who are not listed in the Unified State Register of Conscripts and Military Obliged.
Thus, men who have not updated their military registration data will not be able to obtain a driver's license abroad.
The Ministry of Defense urges citizens to take the opportunity to update their data online to avoid unnecessary queues and fines.
We remind you that the police will have the right to detain and deliver those liable for military service who have not updated their data by July 16 to Territorial Recruitment Centers for administrative liability and to ensure the fulfillment of military service obligations.
This was stated by the Director of the Personnel Policy Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Mark Andrusyak. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine clarified the provisions of the law regarding the update of military registration data and the fines provided.
In addition, young men who have turned 17 years old may receive summons from Territorial Recruitment Centers and be fined if they have not yet registered for military service.
